Transinfo
This policy explains how Transinfo reviews refund requests for paid platform services.
This policy applies to payments for Transinfo platform services, including subscription access, wallet balance credits, VIP placement and other paid tools when they are shown in the Platform before purchase.
Before a payment is confirmed, Transinfo shows the selected service, price, currency, billing period where applicable, and the payment conditions. The payment provider handles card data; do not send card numbers or CVV codes to Transinfo support.
Transinfo reviews a refund request individually after checking the payment and service records. A refund may be considered for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a technical failure that prevented delivery of the paid platform service. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
A paid service is normally treated as provided after the relevant access, wallet credit or VIP placement has been successfully activated. Cancelling a subscription stops a future renewal where that option is available; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation alone does not make a completed payment automatically refundable.
If a carrier does not perform an agreed transport service, this is a matter between the cargo owner and the carrier. Transinfo is not a party to that transport agreement. The Platform may accept a complaint, monitor a profile, and restrict or block a user for violations of the Platform rules.
Send a request to support@transinfo.ge from the email linked to your account. Include the payment date, amount, currency, the service purchased and the reason for the request. If available, include the payment reference. Do not include card numbers, CVV codes or other sensitive payment data.
If a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method or the applicable purchase channel, subject to that provider's rules. Purchases made through App Store or Google Play are handled under the relevant store rules.
