Transinfo
These rules explain how automatic renewal works for a Transinfo subscription paid by card.
Automatic renewal is available only for GEL payments made with a card issued by a Georgian bank. EUR subscription payments are one-time and do not renew automatically.
A Transinfo subscription gives access to the paid platform features shown on the pricing page. Before payment, Transinfo displays the selected period, price and currency. For accounts registered in Georgia the current monthly offer is 9 GEL; for other countries it is 2.99 EUR. Multi-month prices are shown before checkout.
Choose online card payment, read these rules and actively tick the consent box before continuing. The first payment is processed on Flitt's secure checkout page. After a successful payment, Flitt returns a technical payment token to Transinfo so that future subscription charges can be made without entering the card details again.
Transinfo does not receive or store your card number or CVV. Card data is handled by Flitt. Transinfo stores only the technical token needed for subscription renewal. Your subscription price, period and renewal information are available on the pricing page before payment, in the payment confirmation and in Profile → Settings.
The subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period after the current paid period ends. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in Profile → Settings. No later recurring charge will be started after cancellation; access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
In Profile → Settings you can remove the saved card authorisation from Transinfo. This deletes the payment token held by Transinfo and turns off auto-renewal. It cannot stop a payment that has already been authorised or is already being processed by the payment provider.
The current price, currency and billing period are shown before checkout. If payment conditions change, Transinfo will show the applicable terms in the Platform before a new payment is started. For duplicate charges, an incorrect charge or a technical failure to provide the paid service, contact support; refunds are considered under applicable law and the payment provider's rules.
For each planned recurring charge, Transinfo sends an email to the contact address in your account with the exact amount, currency, billing period, planned charge date and instructions for turning off automatic renewal. The email is sent at least 4 weeks before a regular charge. For a trial longer than 7 days, we send the reminder 3–7 days before its first charge.
